East Lothian Council has a requirement to procure the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a web-based fleet tracking system for a fleet range of up to 315 vehicles to various departments within the Council.
The types of vehicles these units will be fitted to will include, but not be limited to, LGV's, vans, cars, 4 x 4s, minibuses and specialist vehicles such as street cleansing sweepers, RCV's, Jet Patchers, Gully Cleaners, Gritters, grass cutting machinery or PTO/Hydraulic pump.
Lease costs to include set up, configuration, installation of hardware, full system access 24 hrs/365 days per year, training, system support and warranty for life of contract. The intention will be to introduce the system across ELC fleet according to operational requirements.
