West Lothian Community Health Partnership has a requirement to purchase support services for people with a hearing loss for individuals who are resident within West Lothian.
The Authority is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified providers, skilled in the provision of support to people to achieve outcomes, in West Lothian who are either deaf, deaf-blind, deafened and or hard of hearing (hereafter people with hearing loss) their families and carers. The Authority intends to award a block contract for a fixed amount with emphasis on quality of the service.
The service will include:
(1) Adult Assessment and Care Management;
(2) Communications support;
(3) Assessment and Technical Support including the installation of Specialist Equipment for children and adults with hearing loss.
