Tenderers are advised that the envisaged maximum number of participants that might be appointed to the proposed framework agreement set out in section IV.1.3) of this contract notice is purely indicative. Scotland Excel reserves the right to appoint more or less bidders than the envisaged maximum number to the proposed Framework Agreement.

All interested parties please note that a supplier briefing will take place on Friday 4th December at 13:00 at Scotland Excel Offices,

located within Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1AR. This briefing will provide guidance to potential bidders on how to complete a tender on the electronic tendering system, Public Contracts Scotland - Tenders. Scotland Excel will not enter discussions on the Tender questions. Please send an email to indicating the number of places you would like to reserve and your contact details. Please note that places are limited to a maximum of two per organisation. Please note, parking is limited at Renfrewshire House, but is available on Cotton

A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

Tenderers are asked to provide a response setting out the methodology for working with contracting authorities to support the

delivery of National Outcomes, through community benefits commitments. The response must be specific to the involvement under this framework if successful, and should include;

- How the Tenderer will work with contracting authorities to offer community benefits to support National Outcomes.

- Examples of the community benefits the Tenderer could deliver to contracting authorities linked to an annual spend value
