II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The contract is for a comprehensive supply and delivery service to the Council's Housing Asset Service for the supply of kitchen units and worktops. The contract will be operated on a call-off basis with the supplier providing materials to meet both programmed installs and reactive ad-hoc requirements.
The majority of orders will be required to be delivered direct to tenanted properties within the boundaries of East Ayrshire. These on-site deliveries are to facilitate the Housing Improvement Programme. The remaining deliveries will normally be to the main Council storage depot.
