CalMac Ferries Ltd wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of synthetic mooring Ropes and winch mooring lines for use on its vessels. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this exercise. The Project Code is 7530. The synthetic mooring ropes and winch mooring lines required are as follows:-

Bidders must demonstrate a return on capital employed at a ratio of greater than zero. Ratio will be calculated as follows: net profit after tax divided by net assets (total assets less current liabilities).

Bidders must demonstrate a Current Ratio of greater than 1.

Current Ratio will be calculated as follows: net current assets divided by net current liabilities.

There must be no qualification or contra-indication from any evidence provided in support of the bidders financial standing.

Employer's Liability

The organisation shall take out and maintain throughout the period of their services Employer's Liability at a minimum of ten million (GBP 10 000 000) pounds sterling in respect of any one event.

Public Liability

The organisation shall take out and maintain throughout the period of their services Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit at a minimum level of five million (GBP 5 000 000)pounds sterling in respect of any one event.

Product Liability
