List and brief description of selection criteria:

Economic operator to have general turnover of at least GBP20m in each of the preceding three financial years.

A financial risk assessment report of the economic operator will be obtained by the Association from Dun and Bradstreet. Only economic operators which are deemed financially stable by the Association on the strength of their financial report will be eligible to tender. It is the responsibility of the economic operator to ensure that the information held by Dun and Bradstreet is up to date at the time of submission of the ESPD. To be deemed financially stable, economic operators must achieve a D&B risk indicator of 2 or higher and a D&B failure score of 80 or higher.

Economic operators are also required to hold, or commit to holding, the following insurance policies: Employer's Liability Insurance - GBP10m; Public Liability Insurance - GBP5m; and Professional Indemnity Insurance - GBP5m.
