List and brief description of selection criteria:

Economic operators require a minimum yearly turnover of 500 000 GBP over 3 financial years.

Economic operators must have or commit to obtain prior to commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

- Employer's liability insurance - 10 000 000 GBP; and

- Public liability insurance - 5 000 000 GBP.

Economic operators will be required to provide 2 examples carried out during the past 3 years that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services required by the Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, economic operators can include examples relating to the provision of services by that economic operator to its own service users.
