Bidders will be required to provide examples of works carried out in the past five years that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the work as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Bidders should be aware that an external credit agency will carry out financial due diligence of the bidders on behalf of Loreburn Housing Association Limited.

Successful bidders will be required to submit the last 3 years financial statements and a latest set of management accounts for review as part of our financial checks.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 10 000 000 GBP

Public Liability Insurance = 10 000 000 GBP

Professional Indemnity Insurance = 2 000 000 GBP
