Two services are required to help build confidence and resilience within families throughout Edinburgh. There is a clear requirement for a preventative, systemic service which supports children and family from early years to high school. A wide range of factors may lead to some children and young people having a need for additional support. These fall broadly into the 4 overlapping themes: learning environment, family circumstances including English as an Additional Language, disability or health need, and social and emotional factors.

The aim of the award evaluation is to select the tender which represent the best overall value for money. The split allocated is 70 % quality and 30 % cost. The quality analysis will be based on the answers provided in response to the weighted Award Criteria Questions (as detailed in Tenderer's Submission) as per the scoring matrix. Cost analysis will be based on the information supplied by the bidders in the Pricing Schedule. All further information is contained within the Invitation to Tender.
