The Taxi services will have 2 elements of usage:

Standing Orders - Provision of a taxi and/or private hire service on a standing order basis (pre-scheduled taxi/private hire service) for the transportation of Vulnerable groups who may include but is not limited to disabled (all Taxis must have access for passengers with mobility difficulties, e.g., wheelchair access) or lone travellers, groups with special needs and their escorts, when required etc.

Ad-Hoc - Provision of a taxi and/or private hire service on an ad-hoc basis (non-scheduled taxi/private hire service) mainly for the groups detailed in 4.2.1 but in addition to this providing transportation for business related staff requirements across the members accessing this Framework Agreement.
