Renfrewshire Council are looking to replace the current Fixed Telephony (Incl. 0300 Numbers), Mobile Telephony and Contact Center services.

The Council has its headquarters at Renfrewshire House in Paisley and a buildings estate of circa 180 properties across the Renfrewshire Council area. We also have a small number of home workers out with the Renfrewshire area. The Councils workforce consists of around 7 500 staff.

The Council is seeking to conclude a contract for the detailed design, supply, installation and migration, configuration, commissioning, project management and full support and maintenance of these services.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employers liability - statutory minimum 5 000 000 GBP, each and every claim;

Public and Products liability - minimum 5 000 000 GBP, each and every claim;

Professional indemnity - minimum 1 000 000 GBP, each and every claim (or, we can accept cover in the aggregate so long as at least one automatic annual reinstatement of this sum is permitted in the policy year).

Third Party Motor insurance a valid MV certificate in the company name and evidence cover in accordance with the provisions of the current Road Traffic Act 1988 (as amended) - please provide a valid MV certificate in the contractors name.
