The following minimum requirements of this Lot include but are not limited to:

- National geographical coverage to supply to a potential 900 plus PfH Members (including those with multiple sites) in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, with the option for delivery of products if elected for by PfH member;

- The supply, delivery and installation of residential furniture and furnishings, including lounge furniture, dining room furniture, bedroom furniture, beds, mattresses and textile articles i.e. curtains, blinds, bed linen, lining and towels. Products must be available in various sizes, materials and colours.

- When there is a requirement the successful supplier will be required to conduct customer consultation sessions and tenant consultation sessions, and therefore a proven track record in this area is required.

- The supplier must have excellent customer service and support teams and be able to provide a dedicated account manager to the framework.
