The Contract is comprised of Planned Maintenance and Emergency Call-out Attendance across the Moray area and covers around 130 properties. The type of properties range from public toilets to secondary schools, community centres, swimming pools, offices etc.
The following is a sample of equipment involved.
Gas fired heating equipment, both domestic and commercial.
Gas distribution pipework and associated emergency controls and valves.
Gas fired water heaters and unit heaters.
Gas equipment - cookers, fires, science laboratory equipment, technical equipment.
Oil boilers, oil storage and fuel distribution pipework.
Flue and chimney systems both fanned and natural.
Associated plant - pumps, motorised valves etc.
Automatic conventional heating controls (Non BMS).
Boiler house and plantroom pipework, valves, gauges and insulation.
Ventilation and extract plant.
Fan convectors.
Control dampers.
Air Handling Units and ductwork including fire & smoke dampers.
Underfloor heating.
All equipment to be maintained in accordance with the contract documents, manufacturer's instructions and current legislation.
The Contractor must adhere to all current health and Safety legislation at all times.
Some properties will be occupied during the contract period and the Contractor should endeavour to cause minimum disruption to building users and to adjacent occupiers.
